One of the most important decisions you will make when considering psychotherapy is who you choose as your therapist. Can you be your authentic self with them? Are they nonjudgmental, open, and curious about you? Reaching out and asking for help can be difficult. With that in mind, my consultations are conversational and as comfortable as possible, especially when speaking about difficult topics.
Telehealth psychotherapy makes therapy accessible from anywhere you have internet access. Recent Research shows that Telehealth sessions are equally effective as face-to-face psychotherapy, with better retention rates and increased access to care. I currently offer face-to-face sessions in West Hollywood.
When you phone, you will get my personal voicemail or I will answer your call myself. Insuring your privacy is of utmost importance, especially among my Client base. You will never have to speak with a secretary, answering service, or receptionist. And unlike some practices, you will never be transferred to an associate or intern.
I am an AAMFT designated Clinical Fellow. I am also core faculty in the Couples and Family Therapy program at Alliant University, where I teach and supervise the next generation of therapists. I also am an expert intimacy consultant for film and TV.
