Those experiencing anxiety often report feeling a loss of connection, low self-esteem, being too fearful to engage in new experiences and being held back from developing their ideal self.

I work with mindfullness, DBT and some CBT techniques to aid in the reduction and acceptance of anxiety. Anxiety is one of the most common human emotional experiences.
