My hope is to offer a safe space for you to show up as you are and sit with you in the complexity of life. One metaphor I love to use when talking about the therapy process is that we often come to therapy with a knotted-up bundle of yarn. Maybe this ball of yarn is formed from one type of yarn; maybe it's a mishmash of many colours, sizes and textures. However complex and knotted the yarn, I am here to sit with you as you notice, untangle, and wind up the ball. What I mean by this is I am here to help you make sense of yourself, listen to your story, and offer my support along the way so you can move towards your goals.
