I am skilled at addressing the anxiety and fear that is inherent in managing a medical crisis or burnout from your role as a helper. Using various modalities such as CBT, MI, DBT, creative art interventions, and others, together we will help you coming to your own answers to ensure you feel empowered to take next steps.

Anxiety has become ubiquitous across populations and geographic areas; both nationally and internationally. As we work through the current issues related to the global health event, and everyday life concerns, having a framework to operate from, that allows for a sense of calm effectiveness, is critical. Ares of focus include: reducing overall frequency, intensity and duration of anxiety, so that daily functioning is not impaired.
It can be hard to know how to respond to a child or partner when feeling unsure or uneasy in ways that grow person rather than the anxiety. There are things we do in the short run that comfort, but don't seem to lessen anxiety in the long run.
We'll look at the role of worry collaboratively finding more effective responses that build capabilities over time so you're moving toward who and what matters most to you.
