These often include helping with questions like, "What next?" or "Who am I now?" Using various modalities such as CBT, MI, DBT, creative art interventions, and others, together we will help you coming to your own answers to ensure you feel empowered to take next steps.
The patient will be able to consider their anxiety or fears in a safe environment, allowing them to gain control over these feelings and review the concepts that causes the existence of each mental response (anxiety or fear).

- Finding yourself overthinking or replaying situations back in your mind
- Having racing thoughts and being unable to turn them off
- Finding things to distract yourself, because being alone in your thoughts is overwhelming

Utilizing CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), I assist client to challenge their negative thoughts and assumptions to ultimately replace them with healthier alternatives, decreasing anxiety.
