As a psychotherapist, I chose to work with social anxiety because I understand the significant impact that this condition can have on an individual's daily life. These fears can lead to avoidance of social situations and can interfere with an individual's ability to function in their daily life. I believe that through therapy, individuals with social anxiety can learn new coping strategies and develop a better understanding of their symptoms.
