When working with depression, I like to start with some mindfulness around the issue to gain a deeper understanding of the experience, from here there are many options, and I rely of the client's wisdom to guide me.
Depression often accompanies ADHD. A life time of experiencing struggles with self regulation, masking symptoms, feeling hopeless and without proper support can lead to depression. I use CBT and DBT to help support individuals reframe negative thoughts, while coaching encouraging behaviour change to facilitate motivation, in order to help you meet your goals.
