Guided Meditation helps create a clear sense of what is desired and needed and the steps required for achievement. Transcendental Meditation (TM) helps people transcend current limiting beliefs about themselves, others and the world. TM is an excellent resource for those suffering from anxiety and depression. Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused and highly receptive brain state. In this relaxed brain state, people are highly susceptible to suggestions.
