At Spacious Mind Counselling I work with my colleague Jane Kraft a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist who specialises in supporting women's mental health. I often get supervision from Jane or refer clients to her if I am not able to support the person seeking help. I work from a feminist informed perspective and believe that women are negatively impacted by unfair systems in society. I validate and explore skills that might be helpful to support women who have been impacted by issues such as post partum depression, anxiety, relationship issues and addiction.
We have an incredibly strong group of psychotherapists for women's issues, including addressing issues of health, safety, and experiences of violence. We work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed framework to help you feel empowered to face the challenges in your life. Contact our Intake Worker to help determine who will be the best fit for you.
