New Moon Psychotherapy

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MACP, MSW, RSW, RP, RP(Q)
We are a team of Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers who specialize in supporting individuals through effective and research backed trauma, relationship, and sex therapy. We began as a trauma focused clinic - our team has a solid understanding of the countless small and large ways that trauma impacts us. We work with traumatic stress and related difficulties such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD and complexPTSD), addiction, self-harm, and suicide ideation. We support survivors of sexual violence as well as those who have experienced emotional and physical abuse, criminal victimization, bullying, war, and near death experiences. We've found that as people heal, relationships and intimacy naturally becomes a secondary focus. For this reason we offer family, couples, and sex therapy. We support individuals of all gender and sexual identities and relationship structures. We respect diversity and differences in opinions, values and attitudes. This is reflected through individualized treatment plans which consider each individuals lived and generational experiences. We strive to provide culturally-sensitive, non-discriminatory, and affirming care to culturally diverse populations and BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, kink and polyamorous communities. Our goal is to help you break free from your past and rediscover a fulfilling life filled with joy and connection.

Sarah Mikael

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, MSW & MACP
I know how it feels to be broken and dead inside. Life can be a never-ending struggle of trying to belong and please but always ending up rejected and labeled to be a disappointment. I know how much damage a toxic environment can cause. I know how it feels to be singled out and called crazy because your doctor put you on antidepressants. I can feel your struggle of trying to hide behind a fake smile while struggling with holding your tears. Believe me when I say that you are not alone. I have been there but I rewrote my story and I want to help you rewrite yours. My life changed when I realized that anything that cost me my peace of mind was too expensive to pay for. Learning to let go of overthinking and focusing on the possibilities was part of my healing journey.

Wise Path Therapy

Registered Psychotherapist, Joshua Ribalkin, MA, MA, RP
It is important that individuals feel they are in a safe space where they can explore new ways of thinking and dealing with challenges they encounter. Therapy involves being free to explore one's way of seeing the world, while also finding healthier and more productive ways of responding to what life throws at us . When an individual is open to it, therapy can also involve learning to live more presently.

Accepting New Clients In Person and Online. “Everyone wants to hold the new baby. Who holds the mom?” Motherhood is the ultimate personal development experience, but it can be a lonely one. Whether you are preparing for motherhood, struggling to conceive, feeling scared or unsupported in your pregnancy, experiencing birth trauma, or suffering with feelings of depression or anxiety as a new parent, mental health in the perinatal journey is just as important as physical health and recovery.

Overly emotional...too soft for your own good...do these judgements sound so familiar? If yes, you have found your tribe! I am passionate about working with individuals whose unique personality traits characterize them as highly sensitive. My clients are highly intuitive and experience life and emotions profoundly. And many of my clients, despite their best effort, find themselves stuck and struggling with ineffective coping patterns to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. I strive to help clients reestablish a flexible and compassionate connection with their inner-most voice while developing skills to weather even the most volatile emotional storm - empowering clients to reclaim the rich and meaningful life they want.
