Hailey is experienced in working with individuals that live with daily, chronic thoughts of suicide and has helped them come out the other side. Hailey has been successful in helping clients identify alternative problem solving strategies to life's challenges; increase coping skills to manage distress; and minimize the intensity, frequency, and duration of the unhelpful thoughts with the goal of working towards building a life that is experienced as worth living.
Individuals grappling with suicidal thoughts are experiencing profound emotional pain and require expert guidance to navigate these distressing feelings. That's where I step in. My role involves collaborating with clients to restore hope, alleviate their mental anguish, and unearth purpose in life, ultimately leading to a reduction in suicidal thoughts. Establishing a strong therapeutic rapport is paramount in my approach, creating a safe and trusting environment where clients can candidly share their inner struggles and feel empowered to devise and implement a transformative plan for change.
Suicidal thoughts can be especially difficult to talk about. I provide a safe place to talk about them and why you are having them. We will develop a safety plan.
Life may feel hopeless at times, and suicidal thoughts may be all-consuming. Together, we will work to increase your life satisfaction in a way that feels safe, comfortable and meaningful to you.
