Generalized Anxiety Disorder includes anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Both responses by the mind/brain/mind initiate the body's HPA axis sending stress hormones cascading through the body. My treatment involves the use of supplements (unique to each patient) and not drugs, talk therapy, mediation, and the development of healing flow activities. The goal is to lessen the impact of the sympathetic nervous system and to bring the parasympathetic nervous online to calm a person's mind/brain/body.

Working with Anxiety or Fear with mindfulness tools and techniques allows us to experience the "feeling"s without making meaning and identifying with those feelings as "who we are" rather than what we feel. Often when we begin to notice the feelings, allow them to be there without judgment but with curiosity and observation we can see how impermanent they are and they begin to be manageable.
