But, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual health necessitates letting go of what I cannot have...by grieving it...and then embracing what I have left! It is true that Grief is the path to healing. Therapy can provide a safe place to land in the process of grief so that a person can come to healthy 'resolve' in their experience of loss.
