The focus of my practice is to facilitate the client's self-concept and self-esteem. Issues include anger management; addictions; depression; sexual assault/domestic violence; PTSD; career counseling; and multicultural and diverse populations, among others.
I am a nerd, a leader, and a supporter. I have experience in corporate tech, cognitive psychology research, and nonprofit leadership. I'm a Co-Founder of Relational Associates, Managing Director of The Relational Center, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Most of my clients come to me seeking help with stress, anxiety, and the various stages of motherhood. I love and have a wealth of experience working with individuals and families and building relationships. In my own journey to healing, I have had to learn to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and postpartum stress and anxiety. I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and to want someone to see and care for you in a way that feels genuine. I have been working in the helping profession for 20 years in various settings from private practice, non-profit, hospital, educational and street outreach settings. My goal is to meet you where you are and to partner with you to decrease your suffering no matter where you are in your life stage. We all deserve wellness.
