My practice helps women find their inner voice, strength and agency. Many of my clients are mothers who are experiencing depression or anxiety, relationship challenges, and struggling with the demands that society places upon them - the expectation that they should do it all, and do it all perfectly. Together we will work to find the intuitive guidance and authentic self that lies within, the self that knows you alone are enough.

I have worked with women on specific issues including body issues, trauma and domestic violence, self-harming behaviors, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, guilt and shame, sex, disordered eating, gender stereotypes, emotional regulation, and miscarriage grief/loss.

Being a woman in America in 2024 is not easy. A mentor of mine once said that she did not envy my experience as a woman today. She grew up in a different time, a time when she was expected to be a good mother for her children and a responsible homemaker for her husband. Today, beyond these roles, there is a subtle, quiet undercurrent of expectations including, but by no means limited to, being a “good” wife, sister, friend, and neighbor (what does “good” mean anyway?), a career woman, an impromptu party host with a meticulous home (cook, housekeeper, etc.), and a selfless volunteer in the community, all while maintaining a size 2 figure. How can we possibly manage all this and more? Together we can explore the expectations you have of yourself as well as your place in today's world.
