While I work with adults and couples, I specialize in treating children and teenagers. I treat children and teenagers who are dealing with depression, who are suicidal, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, cutting, bipolar to name a few issues. I also work with high conflict divorces.
Loss is inevitable and timeless - grief is not. A large portion of his journey was working with Zen Hospice, and helping individuals and families deal with loss and transform their grief into something else. It is a journey best not walked alone, and the practice is walking through the middle, and learning that it will pass.
Grief/loss can seem too much to bear in moments- the support of a trusted other can facilitate the healing process where it may get stuck. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
