I help clients understand the nuanced dynamics of unhealthy relationships, the tactics of narcissistic abusers and high conflict people, and the factors that perpetuate cycles of abuse and keep survivors in unsafe situations. I work with them to heal from physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, and guide them towards safety and healthy relationships without judgement. I am a survivor myself and deeply "get" a lot of what my clients are working to heal from.
