Going through a divorce is one of the difficult things people go through. The combination of dealing with the loss of your dreams for your marriage, you also have to deal with legal matters and rearranging your life. I support my clients by educating them on the stages of divorce and ways to manage them successfully.

Divorce, while it is sometimes swift, is often more of a death by a thousand cuts, and in that slow death, it can be difficult to reconcile the cause and effect, and grieve and rage in appropriate amounts. How to heal, how to move on, how to be ready for what is next? Divorce brings so many challenges, mundane, practical, esoteric, spiritual, and emotional. Therapy can help.
