I first got my start in ministry working as a worship leader and musician, and later in the private and public schools as a teacher. These experiences opened my eyes to the need for people of all ages to find healing through difficult experiences. My therapy career began in the private practice setting and then I worked at a clinic as a child and family therapist for several years before starting my own practice. My specialization and training is in working with couples, kids and families and individuals. Currently, I'm an EMDR certified therapist which is one of the best evidence based trauma recovery models for those wanting to move through painful experiences and find healing from trauma.
