We work with individuals with overweight or obesity who are wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes. We have training in the most current, evidenced-based methods for behavioral weight loss, and also incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies in our approach. We also work with individuals pre- and post- weight loss surgery.
