Being a woman too helps to see the many challenges women often live with, be that in relationships, with our health, at work and advancing in our careers or in our families.
I have consistently and actively worked to help women identify issues (typically along the lines of aging and perceived societal expectations) that impact the values and beliefs that are central to who they are as people. I subsequently collaborate with them to help them use their strengths to enhance those core values and beliefs, and to manage any negative self concepts associated with their sense of self, with a goal of working towards growth and an enhanced sense of self.
