Firstly, a warm hello. I am a professionally trained, qualified and registered Integrative Psychotherapist. I recognise the importance of having the right match in a therapist for you. Be assured, I will hold the work sacredly. I am able to offer an environment of compassion, warmth and hope conducive to growth, reflection and empowerment, that has your best interests at the heart of it.
Stay rooted deeply in the present moment, allowing your intuition, knowing, and being-ness to shine! These 1.5 hr. Expressive Arts Therapy sessions offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I have created a dynamic toolbox that can meet anyone where they are regardless of what topic you would like to explore. Combining mindfulness, talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative approaches every session is unique depending on what is most nourishing for you on that specific day.
Psychologist, Consultant Clinical Psychologist (HCPC registered), PhD, MSc, MSc, MSc, MA (Econ), BA (Econ) Hons
One size does not fit all, and one therapist, using one approach, does not work for everybody. I believe that matching the right therapy delivered by the right therapist to an individual is the key to therapeutic success.
The focus of my practice is to facilitate the client's self-concept and self-esteem. Issues include anger management; addictions; depression; sexual assault/domestic violence; PTSD; career counseling; and multicultural and diverse populations, among others.
Art Therapist, Human Givens Practitioner (HG.Dip.P), Member of Human Givens Institute, IFS therapist Levels 1&2, Narm Practitioner
Whatever your intention for therapy, I promise to work with you compassionately, non-judgementally, to understand and to clear what is getting in the way for you. As a Human Givens therapist, I use a variety of tools to do this. I am additionally trained in IFS, Art Therapy, the Polyvagal theory, Somatic therapies, and the Neuro Affective Relational Model.
