Grief is probably the most painful emotional experience we have as humans. Assuming we live long enough we all come to experience the pain of loss. At times it can feel like its just too much to bear. Getting past grief is something a therapist can help you with. I would like to meet with you to see what can be done to help you. This will enable us to get to know each other and see if we can work together. It’s important for you to work with someone you trust and feel safe with.
Counsellor/Therapist, Accredited, MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy, MBACP Reg
I offer compassionate support and guidance to individuals navigating the profound pain and emotional upheaval that accompanies loss. With a deep understanding of the complexities of grief, I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to process their feelings, honor their loved ones, and find meaning in their experiences. Drawing upon years of experience and specialized training, I empower clients to navigate the grieving process with resilience, fostering healing and transformation along the way.
Addressing in a structured way the cause and root of the grief, processing the complex layers involved in grieving and facing a loss, and allowing for acceptance and finding serenity.
I’m an integrative humanistic counselling psychotherapist, qualified in Bereavement Counselling. Furthermore, whilst my work is person-centred, I use various CBT techniques, which have proved highly effective and less intrusive for clients living with grief.
