I provide CBT and ACT for ADHD. Specifically working on difficulties with focusing, organising, planning tasks, and procrastination, as well as low self-confidence and problems relating to late diagnosis. I have experience of adapting therapy for clients who have dyslexia and autism. I also work with clients who have ADHD or ADD, and addictions to social media, the internet, youtube, computer games, gambling, vaping or substance misuse.
In working with ADHD clients, I focus on managing symptoms and enhancing focus. My approach includes strategies to improve organizational skills, time management, and coping mechanisms for impulsivity and distraction. I provide support for both the emotional and practical challenges ADHD presents in daily life.
