I find the way we feel around others has a lot do with how we feel towards ourselves. I naturally see the best in people and can work with you to be more on your own team and less self critical. We can work to increase your confidence by changing how you see yourself and talk to yourself.
We identify the origins of where this started, the reasons behind it. We may use CBT worksheets in order to reframe triggers and set goals for the client to achieve regarding this. There may be an element of exposure therapy if the client wants to and feels able to work towards this.
