I have a holistic view of mental health and wellbeing helping clients to look after their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health to thrive in life. I work collaboratively with my clients using both counselling and coaching skills to help promote positive, lasting change. I offer a range of services from 1:1 and group counselling/coaching sessions. I trained at Richmond College.
Life coaching and counselling overlap in many areas. While I am a counsellor, a certain level of life coaching is involved in the work as we are searching for solutions, looking for direction, making decisions about how you want your life to be. We will look at areas that have held you back in the past and how you can reduce or eliminate these in order to move forward as your best self.
