In my work with ADHD, I utilize a Psychosynthesis approach to address the emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of well-being. Subpersonality work is one of the valuable tools I use in helping individuals manage ADHD symptoms and improve focus. This framework allows us to explore how ADHD interacts with your emotional and relational life, aiming to provide a more comprehensive understanding. The ultimate goal is to enable positive, transformative change for a more balanced life.

I provide CBT and ACT for ADHD. Specifically working on difficulties with focusing, organising, planning tasks, and procrastination, as well as low self-confidence and problems relating to late diagnosis. I have experience of adapting therapy for clients who have dyslexia and autism. I also work with clients who have ADHD or ADD, and addictions to social media, the internet, youtube, computer games, gambling, vaping or substance misuse.
I have worked throughout my career to help individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) manage the aspects of their ADHD symptoms that impact functioning and well-being. I further help them identify strengths that can help them redefine success, and adopt strategies and skills that can help them work towards and actualize success. This sometimes involves referral to and/or collaboration with a medication prescriber for comprehensive care and maximization of management of symptoms.
