Anxiety and stress therapy with me is indeed a unique experience. Several assessment tools are used including an accountability chart which guides healthy life balance. Other effective forms of treatment include anxiety management, cognitive therapy and exposure therapy. With anxiety management I teach patients skills that will help them cope.
Living with anxiety and fear can be overwhelming and have an impact on your daily life, causing problems at work and at home. My goal is to identify factors that contribute to the problem and help to make a plan to minimize it's effects so that you can be more relaxed and experience safety within yourself.

Through CBT you'll be able to experience more positive emotions and more adaptive responses.
