OCD behaviors often develop as a way of controlling anxiety. Unfortunately, in reality the anxiety ends up controlling the person. Therapy can help break that cycle and assist people in experiencing true peace.
We work with individuals with OCD, and use Exposure and Response Prevention in our approach, which is the treatment for OCD with the most research supported to date.
