My name is Dr. Sharon Arrindell and I am a professional Christian Counselor. I own and operate a counseling practice called Wholeness Counseling Service which is offered virtual through teletherapy. I am a former Middle School Counselor. I am also an ordained pastor and I also work as a professor at Indian River State College in Florida (online) and Montreat Christian College in North Carolina (online).
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MA, MBA, MHA, MHR, LMHC
A profoundly talented, humane, empathetic, eclectic psychotherapist/sex therapist devoted to giving excellent consideration and conceiving innovative treatment plans for youths and adults managing multifaceted mental parts encountering or presented with any fixation. Showed a history of accomplishment working with different populations, from the LGBTIQA+ community, the inner cities, and substance abuse to sexual issues, in one-on-one and group settings.
I work very hard to be the type of therapist I would like to work with myself: competent, compassionate, honest, and invested.
I offer brief, solution focused treatment of individuals and couples in New Jersey and Florida
I help clients identify what they are wanting through clarification of what they are thinking, feeling and doing.
I assist clients in viewing things from different perspectives and seek out options that might have been hidden previously.
I work from a wholistic perspective and look to support clients as they challenge belief systems and patterns of behaviors.
I am also open to addressing the Christian perspective as many of the answers we seek cannot be viewed simply from a human lens and needs to be addressed from the spiritual realm.
