True self-esteem is everyone’s birthright, but we are born to imperfect parents and into imperfect families, neighborhoods, religions and schools. Recovery is definitely possible. A good therapist can help to empower clients in that recovery process.
"Before we can fully be another's, we must fully be ourselves"
Self esteem issues are a crucial part of a majority of therapeutic work. My experience around this issue is robust and I enjoy helping people to improve their relationship with themselves in this area.
How we feel about ourselves often will influence how we see relationships, life satisfaction, and the world around us. When we see ourselves negatively, we tend to put ourselves down and only believe negative appraisals of who we are. Therapy can help challenge that tendency to be self-critical and only see our worst qualities and build a better understanding about our strengths, attributes, and positive characteristics. We can learn how to show ourselves kindness and compassion and this will help us be better people who are able to be resilient and confront the challenges we face in our lives.

I focus on helping women boost their self-esteem through personalized coaching that addresses underlying issues and promotes self-recognition of their intrinsic worth. By exploring past influences and current barriers, I guide clients toward developing a stronger sense of self and a more positive outlook. My goal is to empower women to confidently embrace their unique qualities and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
