Much of my practice focuses on persons suffering from depression. Clients include college age students, young and middle-aged adults as well as the elderly. I engage a number of beneficial therapy modalities including: crisis intervention, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic narrative, guided imagery and critical stress debriefing. Due to the high prevalance of cooccurence specifically anxiety, sleep disturbance and depression, integrative therapy modalities are employed. Every session utilizes Carl Rogers' famous client centered model and places priority on establishing a warm, safe, empathic environment conducive to achieving favorable outcomes and restoration.
