We all have an "Inner Critic" in our head that can say some unkind and unhelpful things to us. And sometimes that critical voice goes into overdrive and we come to believe that our "Inner Critic" is our true self. This damages our self esteem. Self esteem is a gradual process that takes time and patience. Let me show you how to incorporate self compassion into your life as you learn to be kinder to yourself.
The stories you tell yourself influence the feelings you have for yourself and for others. They influence the choices you make and determine how you move through the world. Together, we can examine the stories you're believing and consider if it's time to begin a new story. I know things are hard right now, but searching for help is a sign of hope and strength.
