I work with culturally diverse individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress. I am especially devoted to supporting adolescents navigate the weeds of depression and anxiety (including bullying). I guide clients in developing an intentional mindfulness practice as a management tool for stress and anxiety.

My goal is not only to alleviate symptoms but also to empower clients to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a sense of inner calm in the face of life's uncertainties.
