I pull from a variety of therapeutic methods like DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and client-centered techniques to help clients.

We will work together to decrease your anxiety and fears using different CBT techniques including but not limited to cognitive restructuring, journaling, progressive muscle relaxation and relaxed breathing
