I work with women and children who suffer from depression and anxiety to find coping skills and methods that work to assist with restoring a healthy sense of normalcy.
Having a specialization in sport and performance psychology has allowed me to gain greater understanding about the underlying factors that lead to anxiety and how these can affect a person's life. Anxiety can come with confusion, mind fog, overthinking, physical hyperarousal, and many other difficulties. Having a space to process these fears and concerns makes a big difference. In our work, we will work together to empower you with strategies to cope and gain awareness as to the root causes leading to anxiety.

I primarily work with clients dealing with a variety of anxiety or fears. I pull from a variety of therapeutic methods like DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and client-centered techniques to help clients.
