Professional Christian Counselor, Certified Christian Therapist, Coach & Consultant with a PhD in Psychology
Are you having challenges in your life and is desiring to have someone to talk to and get some guidance on your next move to becoming a better you. Here at our practice, we can offer you some of the great tools and ways of becoming a better you.
I enjoy working with women to help them navigate the complexities of being a woman in the 21st-century. I help women design and define a life that has meaning for them and not what society dictates.
As women, we are called to balance and juggle many of life's demands. Often, as individuals reflect on the journey of their lives, it seems as if the story they are living is not the story they had hoped to find themselves in. Heartache from the past, and even anxiety promoted by an uncertain future can serve to distort one’s view of oneself and the unfolding story.
As women, we often feel we have to “do it all”. The perfect career, the perfect partner, the perfect body, the perfect life. We are committed to helping you find your way amidst all of these challenges and work with you to feel confident and empowered in your unique self and your unique strengths.
As women, we feel like we have to be perfect. Intense pressure, overwhelming stress, balancing a career and family, parenting, relationships- just some of the things that we take on in our daily lives that can be an immense burden. I am here to support you and guide you through your journey of empowerment, confidence and being the woman you were always meant to be.
Women face some unique challenges in life, and I am well-versed in the different ways that hormones, family stress, work expectations, and societal expectations can affect a woman’s experience and health.
