I help clients find that deep connection they have been missing in their relationship that brings safety and trust for years to come. My approach utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a widely researched and effective form of couples therapy.
Each relationship is different. We can work to help your relationship grow stronger or work to overcome areas of difficulty for you. Many times some skill building can help a lot. We are never taught how to have a good relationship.
