We live in a traumatized world. Many events are considered to be traumatic and can lead to PTSD. I offer a safe space to help you through the process of healing trauma while connecting more with yourself. I am and EMDR Therapist (In Training).
I offer support for individuals dealing with trauma and PTSD, providing a safe, compassionate environment for healing, regaining control, and finding hope for a brighter future, fostering resilience and well-being.
There is this thing that has been weighing on you for years. While you have been able to keep it at bay for so many years it's now peeking its ugly head. You can't seem to manage relationships or even your job. Survival mode is all you know. You don't have to keep suffering. Relief and confidence can once again be you. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) utilizes the brain to help heal the pain you have dealt with all your life. Healing can finally be possible. EMDR is integrated into the therapy process through weekly sessions or through intensives to really work through those issues in a condensed capacity.
Our therapists view trauma as something that has disrupted your life in the past in a manner that was unforeseen and/or unwanted. We have EMDR trained therapists and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral trained therapists to help with the "Big T" and "Small t" traumas.

My approach to working with Trauma and PTSD is holistic, integrative and collaborative. My goals for trauma/PTSD work are trifold: 1) helping you heal from difficult traumatic memories that are keeping you stuck in the past so that you can focus on what is truly important in the present 2) helping you gain insight and awareness into how your past trauma(s) are impacting the relationships in your life (relationships with others and with your own self) and 3) helping you move away from fear/avoidance-based behaviors and choices and instead, make choices in your life that are aligned with your goals and values. I am here for you when you are ready to begin your healing journey.
