We'll work together on making a plan for managing your depression, increasing habits that improve how you feel, and reducing unhelpful habits keeping you depressed. We can begin to explore the root causes of your depression, unhappiness with yourself or current circumstances, and what can be done about it. We'll also work on finding the tools you need to reduce your overall depression and improve your happiness and wellness by taking a multidimensional mind-body-spirit approach to feeling better.
