Anxieties and fears are experienced by most people. People worry about things that might happen. However the anxious person becomes preoccupied with this condition, thereby, producing further anxiety. Anxiety can be expressed in a number of psychological, behavioral and physical symptoms. For example: aches and pains, sweating, worry, panic attacks, feeling unable to cope, and fearfulness. Anxiety is driven by fear of uncertainty. I will assist you in working through the discomfort in fear that accompanies anxiety. I will do this by using number of approaches that include: biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy, breath work, brainwave entrainment and stress management techniques.
