We will develop accurate self-talk, including dispelling any old cultural perceptions that may be holding you back.
Divorce and separation can be (and usually is) a very difficult experience that can take its toll on the family being affected. There are ways, however, to minimize the emotional damage and work toward resolution so that the healing process can begin.
