Peakminds is committed to supporting clients with a diversity of identities and backgrounds. Our dedicated teams themselves hold various identities and are experienced in working within the LGBTQ+ community.
As a non-binary queer therapist, I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and providing affirming, quality care. I help LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples navigate conflict, gender/sexuality exploration, and communication issues while they work to build a healthy, sustainable connection with themselves and others. I also aim to support queer and trans folx who are looking to heal from disconnection or trauma and find affirming peer relationships or resources in the community.
As a psychologist committed to inclusivity and diversity, I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals within the LGBT+ community to explore their identities, experiences, and challenges. Whether you're grappling with coming out, navigating relationships, or coping with discrimination, I offer compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs.
While receiving my doctorate in clinical psychology, I also received a graduate certificate in LGBT Health Policy and Practice. I used this experience to gain more insight into treating internalized heteronormativity and shame within the LGBTQIA+ communities.
