My passion is to help people uncover what is possible, realize what they are capable of, and finding inner peace. Parenting in today's world is a balancing act between self care and caring for others. Leading your children through life in today's highly volatile world can be scary. The pressures, hormones and emotions that occur post partum can complicate what should be a joyful time bringing feelings of inadequacy, stress and even depression. I have been there and experienced it myself. Post Partum Depression can show up many different ways. Whether it is dealing with coparenting issues, anger management, sadness, exhaustion, mood swings, isolation, issues with maintaining adult relationships, the physical and emotional demands of parenting can be overwhelming and detrimnetal to your health. I will walk with you and support you in your journey. I will meet you where you are and together we will collaborate in your personal growth through self discovery, self acknowledgement and self care. I use a strength based approach, combining it with CBT, mindfulness and somatic approaches. I will support you, providing a safe place to process emotions so you get to the root cause of what is keeping you from feeling fully effective in your parenting and getting past your depression.
