My philosophy is to treat people the way I would want my family or myself treated. I don't like that feeling of being rushed through an appointment and don't want anyone to feel that way with me. I believe laughter can be healing, so when appropriate, I like to infuse some humor into situations. I want you to know that your ideas and thoughts matter. Together we can tackle whatever the issue is. When working with children and teens, involving the parents as much as possible is crucial. Children and teens have a right to privacy, but keeping parents in the dark under the guise of confidentiality does not make for the best care, especially when prescribing medication.
My core values of honesty, integrity, wisdom, and compassion guide my life and my practice. Approaching people with honesty and compassion helps them listen to their own inner wisdom so they can live their lives with integrity and authenticity.
Embrace your inner resilience and discover your authentic self. Together, let's navigate a path to healing and happiness. Welcome to a safe space for your journey.
I am a licensed psychologist offering virtual psychotherapy. My strengths are in cognitive behavioral therapy and holistic counseling, focusing on women who identify as lesbian as well as those who have survived childhood sexual abuse and other forms of sexual trauma. I believe that healing is possible and I welcome the opportunity to help you find your path to healing.

As a seasoned practitioner, I have always believed that enabling individuals to explore their uniqueness, come to an understanding and acceptance of their individuality is the key to making positive changes in their lives.
Mental health is similar to our physical health. Sometimes, we need a routine check up to discover the small nuances that are holding us back and create a healthier path forward.
