If you are struggling with general anxiety, social anxiety, or anxiety related to trauma and PTSD I am here to support you! Catastrophizing, worst case thinking, ruminating, worrying, and indecisiveness can be signs of anxiety. It also shows up somatically in the body like tightness in the chest, nausea, headaches, and more. Through a holistic, somatic, and trauma informed lens I will help you learn where your anxiety came from and how it manifests as well as find ways to manage. I will also bring CBT and mindfulness based practices to help shift thinking patterns that dont serve you. If anxiety and hypervigilence is trauma based, I will bring EMDR and other trauma treatment approaches to make sure were getting to the root of the issue.
