Sleep disturbances affect most people at some point in their lives. lots of sleep can have a negative impact on many facets of our lives including problems at work, school, mood disturbances, attention issues and more. We utilize cognitive behavioral therapy skills to address all of the emotional and behavioral factors associated with sleep disturbances. Sleep is something we all need, and actually something that comes very naturally if we can get out of the way. It’s easier said than done, but in therapy we can help you develop a successful sleep program including setting up the proper structure, environment, and behaviors to bolster your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.
