Hello and welcome! I am a registered Arts Therapist and counselor based in Sydney. I provide art therapy and counselling to those experiencing depression. Through my practice, I make an intentional commitment to support individuals in their health and wellbeing journey. My mission is to enrich and empower the lives of others through creativity and connection. My passion for expressive creative arts has inspired me to further explore how art can be used as a tool for healing, and the ways it can be used in mental health recovery as a psychotherapeutic modality.
My person centered, strengths based & trauma informed practice helps me to create individual counselling plans that can support people through their depression. I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Youth Mental Health which has given me a great knowledge in both mental health & how to identify & therapeutically treat mental conditions in both adult clients & young people.

Depression is often the symptom, not the core problem. That means one of our skilled therapists will help you to delve into the factors that have contributed to yo urdepression and work on these underlying issues. Then you find that the treatment works quicker and there is less chance of relapse. We know that cognitive and behavioural interventions (CBT) are often very effective but we also have therapists skilled in acceptance and commitent therapy (ACT), family systems and schema therapy.

This therapeutic approach allows individuals to understand and navigate the different parts of their internal system that contribute towards depression. By doing so, individuals can recognise and address their underlying thoughts and beliefs leading to a more integrated and balanced sense of self.
