Our modern Western culture does us few favours when it comes to loss and grief, and many of us have never been supported to understand the importance of metabolising and processing our losses and allowing our grief to have the space and time it needs.
Grief and loss is at the core of my practice. I provide a safe space to nurture clients who are grieving a loss, whether it be bereavement, loss of relationships or ambiguous or disenfranchised loss.
