Having a child with Oppositional Defiance Disorder and anger management issues and working in schools with these issues I have experience to assist in creating goals, I provide a warm and inviting place to work through these challenges together.
I believe in emotional management as opposed to anger management. Its important to understand that anger is often linked to other emotions & can be triggered by these linked emotions, as well as value based conflicts. I have extensive experience in working with people in this area.

Anger management to me should be Anger Understanding. If you do not understand your anger there is no way to have agency over your anger outbursts. There is a lot of reasons for being in dysregulated state and through regular therapy you will learn to gain more peace in your life.
Allowing anger to be present and understanding what the real need may be underneath can be supportive in working with anger and using it as a beautiful ally rather than a destructive force.
